Kathryn

Kathryn studied a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetic Medicine at Endeavour College of Natural Health, Sydney.
Kathryn Khiroya is a Clinical Nutritionist, Buteyko Breathing practitioner, Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor, living and practicing in Dundas Valley and Carlingford, Sydney, Australia. Kathryn is a great advocate for community health + wellbeing and is actively involved in her community where she loves serving alongside her husband and two daughters. Kathryn completed her degree with Distinction in December 2019. She thoroughly enjoyed the journey her degree took her on: the journey being as much about learning – the science - as it was about becoming a practitioner – the art.
“I believe nurturing one’s health span begins with valuing and stewarding health daily: yours, your family’s, your community and the earth. It is empowering, sustaining and embraces simplicity. Nutritional and lifestyle medicine can be practiced in infinite ways that are meaningful and valuable to the individual, and if this is the case then I desire to be a resource that can help support what every individual has a right to – abundant health.”

Alexandra helps clients train smarter, not longer, through science-backed resistance training that builds real strength efficiently.
Her programs focus on sustainability rather than perfection, supporting clients to stay consistent well beyond their sessions together. To Alexandra, health is freedom—it’s not about shrinking yourself, but about building a body and life that feel good now and into the future.

Although fresh to the fitness industry professionally, Alexandra brings years of lived experience in developing strength from the ground up through cross-country running and progressive lifting. Having been a beginner herself, she understands the challenges of starting out and what it takes to cultivate lasting physical and mental resilience. Today, she coaches both one-on-one and in group settings at Onit Gym, helping clients do the same.
