Here’s a guideline to help you determine your daily protein needs:
If you’re working out fewer than 3 times a week: Aim for 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. For an 80kg individual, that translates to 128 grams of protein daily. 🥚🍗
If you’re hitting the gym more than 3 times a week: Increase your intake to 1.8 grams per kilogram. For an 80kg person, that means 144 grams of protein each day.💪🍳
